Bhanu, with over two decades of leadership and success in the Silicon Valley in areas of Networking, Security & Storage, is a key member of the Augmenter mgt. team. Bhanu has front led multiple start-ups such as Array Networks, Alteon Websystems and Auspex Systems. A product innovator, bringing about path breaking innovation to the global customers. A previous worldwide sales head of Array Network, his participation in Augmenter Consulting only brings new opportunities and innovative things to the entire organization. Bhanu holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University.

He is an innovative leader with a powerful vision for the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. A passionate technology entrepreneur, who has launched over 30 innovative software solutions serving SMBs to large enterprises. Earlier, he founded Alliance Semiconductor Corporation (ALSC), took the company IPO with market cap of $2 billion. Mr. ND Reddy sits on the board of a number of fast growing start-up companies. His areas of interest include software, semiconductors, and consumer solution IIOT etc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Osmania University, a masters from North Dakota State University, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Rekha has over to decades of industry experience of global customer IT engagements with diverse technology and domain. She comes with strong academic background of double post-graduate in electronics and computers, followed by Diploma in Advance computing from C-DAC . Known for her management, innovation and customer leadership skills, Rekha's key responsibilities at Augmenter are supporting executive decision making, ideation, business planning process, defining performance indicators, setting business strategy for international as well as domestic opportunities.

Manish is a pioneer in the Forklift and Material Handling industry having over 23+ years of experience. He has in-depth knowledge of the product, processes & the criticality of this function within an organization. He was the Director and Head of Sales and Operations in India for Nichiyu – A Leading Japanese forklift manufacturer. Manish has previously established and grown a forklift rental company in India, where he developed the concept of forklift outsourcing business with large Indian consumer goods companies. He is passionate about Innovating New Solutions in MHE business which helps to create great value to customers. He is the firm believer of driving continuous improvement in the business processes.
